Wrigley Area of Long Beach

Wrigley offers a buyer an opportunity to obtain a classic style Spanish home at a more reasonable price than the California Heights or Belmont Heights area. Wrigley has an eclectic mix of properties. Features that may affect value will be how far north of Pacific Coast Highway it is located, architectural style, lot size, the consistent SFR nature of the street, and how well the other homes on the street have been maintained. There are several horse properties on the western edge of Wrigley.
